Anonymous Viewer Privacy: We strictly respect visitor privacy. Users who simply view published timer displays or embed overlays are not tracked across websites. We do not inject tracking pixels, cross-site beacons, or sell viewer telemetry to advertisers.

2. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and session storage strictly necessary to authenticate users, protect against automated abuse, and temporarily preserve unauthenticated timer draft state in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies; privacy-preserving web analytics are collected at the edge without client-side tracking cookies.

CountTheTime partners with leading edge and cloud infrastructure providers:

• Clerk: Secure user authentication, magic links, and SSO token issuance.
• Stripe: PCI-compliant subscription management, payment processing, and checkout sessions.
• Cloudflare: Global content delivery, edge DNS, serverless Workers execution, and privacy-preserving web analytics.

4. Data Retention & User Rights

You retain full ownership of your timer configurations and account profile. You may edit, archive, or permanently delete your timers and account at any time via your user dashboard.

In compliance with GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to request a complete export of your personal data or request immediate account erasure.
